I am so appreciative of the attention to my needs and oral care. I am 73 years old and from my youth have always felt great shame regarding the care of my teeth and gums. For this reason I have avoided the dentist until I had no other option but to make an appointment. Dr Sawaf and his staff, Kelly his receptionist, Reyna who did my deep cleaning, and Laura who assisted Dr Sawaf demonstrated their compassion and understanding as they listened to me and helped me through the process of moving forward as I proceeded with the care needed for my dental health. I am on a fixed income since retirement and have Kaiser Advantage Plus with Delta Dental of which they are approved, a plus for me. Because of this they were ready and able to help me manage the financial demands of my care. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life I felt no shame or embarrassment about doing what was necessary to take care of me. I am grateful for their kindness and understanding and their support in addressing my needs. From check-in to final check out all of it was a great experience. I went in fist time for a root canal last week and almost no pain afterwards. Before the procedure Kelli explained the whole procedure and the billing in great detail. Went in and done with no hiccups. Today went in for the crown and Dr Sawaf was very pleasant thorough.
